What do you think about MIFID II options, that stimulate small companies to go public? You could list your stocks in the Nasdaq Baltic only for 3000 EUR and reap all the benefits of public companies. Do you think such option could be the alternative to the VC cap raise?

The thing is, operating on public equity markets is a two-sided business, and as with EVERY two-sided business, you should start with the supply side. Not sure there are enough institutional investors, retail investors, and analysts willing to deploy capital to make it worth going public for these companies. When it comes to building up the supply side, however, I don't have any magic bullet :-(
